To me, there exists an important interplay between capturing instantaneous, fleeting moments through the camera lens and forgetting about time and space whilst sculpting in the studio. It is not unusual for a sculpture to emerge from a photograph, and often enough vice versa. In this way, many a spontaneous image becomes a sculptural snapshot

Since I have a very extensive photo archive, the selection of images shown will change from time to time. In both areas of work I distinguish between free works and commissioned productions.
